Kentucky could use post help this season, and certainly could for next year.
That’s why it was important that 6-10, five-star E.J. Montgomery has scheduled a visit to Kentucky Feb. 24th when the Wildcats host Missouri according to FoxSports recruiting analyst Evan Daniels.
Montgomery has been seen as a Duke lean. He was originally committed to Auburn but de-committed and is now considering Clemson, North Carolina, Duke and UK.
Montgomery is ranked as the No. 6 overall player in the 2018 recruiting class by 247 Sports.
The 6-10 Montgomery would give Duke the top-rated player at every position in the 2018 recruiting class. The Blue Devils have already beat UK for R.J. Barrett, Cam Reddish and Zion Williamson.
Both UK coach John Calipari and assistant coach Kenny Payne have been visited Montgomery.
