Community-wide Joseph-Beth book fair set for Danville High School next week

By LARRY VAUGHT

Maybe I’ve just not been around enough high school book fairs recently, but I like the one that Danville High School is having next week.

The school is hosting a community-wide Joseph-Beth book fair  in the library at Danville High School  May 7th – 11th.
“Unlike a lot of elementary school book fairs, this one is truly a bookstore for all ages, including lots of young adult and adult titles, in addition to some children’s books as well,” said Danville High School librarian Cassie Dickinson.
The book fair will be open daily from 8 a.m. to 3 p.m. — nothing unusual there. However, there is an open house Tuesday from 5-7 p.m. for folks like me.
“This is a great opportunity for the community to have a chance to shop Joseph-Beth books and products right here in Danville, while also supporting the local school system,” Dickinson said.
Anyone with any questions can call Dickinson at the school  at 859-936-8407.
