Lexington Catholic quarterback Beau Allen on Wandale Robinson: “He is the best player I have ever seen play in high school”

Lexington Catholic beat Western Hills 49-42 Friday night in Frankfort but it wasn’t because Western Hills’ star Wandale Robinson, who left after the game for an official visit to Ohio State, didn’t do his part.

Robinson ran 23 times for 200 yards and four scores, caught five passes for 37 yards, returned two kickoffs for 35 yards and completed four of five passes for 64 yards. On defense, he had 10 solo tackles and four assists. But he also forced three fumbles and returned an interception 98 yards for a score.

  1. UK needs to do whatever it takes too sign this young man, no Damien Harris syndrome. Keep this athlete at home Stoops. He is a Kentucky boy.
