Celebration really does “let it snow” at Christmas (Larry Vaught/Verizon Video)

By LARRY VAUGHT

Celebration, a small town near Walt Disney World, is a great place to visit at Christmas because every night at 6, 7, 8 and 9 snow hits on Market Street which is close to traffic. It has a huge Christmas tree and small ice-skating rink ($10 per half hour including skates) along with a lot of eating choices from full meals to pizza to ice cream to chocolates to hamburgers and more.

There were also various carriage rides and a train ride for either adults or kids.

I loved seeing so many kids — including many who had never seen snow — just have a ball when it began to snow and snowed for more than 10 minutes.
